Happy Holidays!

As the year comes to a close, the holiday season offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and give thanks. At WISE Literacy Consulting, this year has been about laying a thoughtful foundation by sharing research-informed reflections centered on literacy, learning, and growth.

WISE Literacy Consulting was created with a simple goal: to make literacy instruction more understandable, accessible, and meaningful for families and educators. Through blog posts grounded in the Science of Reading and informed by classroom and systems-level experience, this space has become a place to explore what strong reading and writing instruction looks like and why it matters. Even in this early stage, the support and engagement from readers have been deeply appreciated. Every read, share, and conversation affirms the value of thoughtful dialogue around literacy and reminds us that meaningful change often begins with learning and reflection.

As WISE Literacy Consulting looks ahead to 2026, the focus remains on growing with intention and clarity. This space will continue to support parents with practical guidance for literacy at home and educators through research-informed reflections that bridge theory and practice.

Thank you for being part of this early chapter of WISE Literacy Consulting. Wishing you and your loved ones a peaceful holiday season and a new year filled with continued learning and growth.

Warmest wishes,
Dr. Felicia White
